Role: Enterprise Growth Account Manager
Experience required: 5- 8 years’ sales experience; preferably in an Account Manager role
Job Location: Mumbai/ Pune
Qualification: BE IT/CS, BSC IT/CS, BCA IT/CS, and MCA IT/CS. MBA preferred with thorough knowledge on Information and Technology domain
What are we looking for and our Expectations from the candidate?
- As an Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales into existing defined accounts. Your accounts will all have strategic importance to the growth of the region.
- You will collaborate with teams across Amrut Software to manage all aspects of the sales process including business development, lead management, qualification, evaluation, and closing.
- You will advocate multiple product-lines and as a brand ambassador you will champion our innovative Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) products to make organizations more productive, efficient and customer oriented.
Role and Responsibility:
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Monday.com/Zendesk/ Freshworks solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
- Be an expert on the Monday.com/Zendesk/Freshworks platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.
- Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization.
- Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of Monday.com/Zendesk/ Freshworks.
- Partner with others at Monday.com/Zendesk/ Freshworks to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back

- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities, to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
- Prior experience in Strategy consulting – benefit.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives.

- Good learner and listener.
- Exceptionally good in English, spoken, and written the same as in communication skills and email communications.
- Providing Support over call and mails.
- Good leadership qualities.
- Should have a good potential of picking up new skills and products.
