Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities of the profile:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes, techniques, and customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
