Role and Responsibility
- End-to-end co-ordination with Onsite SPOC for listing details and to sort all query resolutions with respect to product listings.
- Performing Quality Checks for uploaded products – this would include both pre-upload and post upload checks.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Aligning team members ondaily/weekly priorities and monitoring the received output.
- Maintaining internal trackers & updating daily/weekly status.
