What are we looking for?

The candidate able to understand B2B products (Industrial Products, Machinery, Equipment’s, Tools etc) with good communication skills and should have convincing skills, good with follow ups etc

Technical Skills:

  • Good in MS-Excel and MS-Word
  • Good understanding of Industrial machinery, components, equipment and tools.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Call/email the sellers, understand the products in which the seller is dealing in and convince them to list their products on SuFin platform.
  • Once convinced Agents would guide the Seller for completing the journey on the platform.
  • Alternatively, based on the data recd. from the Seller, would fill in the template on behalf of the Seller, clean up the images and upload the same along with the data.
  • Images as per guidelines would have to be taken from the Seller. Minimum one image to be uploaded for a given Seller.

Responsibility:

  • Meet daily targets – on Seller conversions per day and SKU processing per day.
  • Should be encouraged to onboard as many SKUs as possible.
  • Process error free SKUs and adhere to quality standards.

  • Should be able to take targets and work on TAT (Turnaround time)
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Should be punctual at work.
  • Should have positive attitude towards the team, confident & hardworking.
