Abhay Bhalerao
CEO & Founder
Abhay is the Managing Director and Founder of Amrut Software. With over a decade of experience in Software and IT, his leadership skills are unparalleled. The consistent growth of the company over the years have been on the humble foundation of his ideals of ethical business practices and perseverance of complete customer satisfaction.
His experience is not limited to Technology but he is also a founding member of one of the best pubs and in-house Brewery called Barking Deer. His interests in different horizons of businesses have given him a border perspective to managing better and become a cornerstone in the growth and development of different organizations.
He is also a Founding Members of Equest Technologies who are into Cashew Manufacturing based in Goa. With a complete department of Recycling Plastic Wastes, Equest has developed one of the most astounding factory outlets for Recycling.
Abhay’s accolades of achievements in different businesses has also had him Co-found a Wellness Hygiene company called ThatsPersonal.

Madhvan Menon
Chief Finance Officer
Madhavan Menon, Graduate in Commerce from Kerala University joined Amrut in the year 2008. He is currently acting as CFO of our Company.
As an experienced, on Accounts, finance and taxation, extending his career for more than 35 years, he has been one of the strongest pillars of ASPL. Madhavan Menon has extensive experience in corporate governance, financial accounting, cost accounting, taxation and reporting.
Vishwajeet Singh
COO & CTO
He’s a certified Atlassian Jira Agile expert. He brings in over a decade of experience in the domain and has helped companies like LSE, NCELL, Good year, Misys to get better ROI from their ALM/DevOps tools adoption. He has trained over 1000+ professionals on various Atlassian & DevOps tools and their best practices.
Prior to joining Amrut Software he’s been serial Entrepreneur and worked with startups in enterprise space as well consumer space.
He is passionate about Opensource, Atlassian tools, DevOps, CI, CD and loves to code in Python, Java. His current interest lies in bringing in NLP, AI & Deep learning to enhance DevOps experience for his customers.

Head Sales - Enterprise Business
Sagar began his journey as a sales executive at Amrut Software and currently leads the Atlassian-sales division. His exceptional management skills and passion to explore new opportunities help the organization achieve remarkable success.
Philomena Fernandes
Chief Strategy & People Officer (CS&PO)
Philomena has a rich experience of 30+ years in arenas of corporate operations, administration, customer excellence, auditing, hospitality management, mentoring, training, etc. After completing her Management in hospitality, she has worked with Swiss Airways, Epicenter, and Ambassador. Garware and recent being Schindler.

Abhijeet is focused on innovation in customer experience and heads marketing function along-with building great teams with ethical values. An IIM- L alumni and PG in Strategic Management, he works closely on the business strategy and alliances at global level for Amrut Software and BPO services.

As a Tech Evangelist, he drives business growth through technology and explores innovative solutions. Amol excels in problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and driving change initiatives. Aradhana Gupta
Head - Pre-Sales & Delivery
Aradhana comes with over two decades of experience in the software industry, from a developer to team Lead to Project Manager and Solutions Consultant.
With problem solving as her core focus, Aradhana is a result-driven and dedicated Consultant, with extensive experience in providing professional sales support services. Effective communicator with critical thinking skills. Aradhana is an Atlassian certified Professional along with a CSM certified Scrum Master and SAFe@5 Agilist. She is curious about new technology and always learning.
Rakesh Chauhan
Head Pre-sales & Delivery - Emerging Business
Rakesh is responsible for driving strategic initiative for Testing Services, Zendesk, Freshworks, Monday.com & Nagios solutions for clients in all industries. He also is responsible for delivering to clients the benefits of Amrut’s consulting and advisory expertise for Digital Solution, Process Automation and Managed Testing Services, where he focused on continuing to expand the company’s Consulting, Process automation, DevOps & Testing business. He has an innovative mindset with a good blend and a mix of techno managerial skills with out of the box thinking.
He is a certified Scrum Master & Atlassian Certified Expert with a deep understanding of digital business, software engineering, DevOps, technology & tools, process automation & software testing and an ability to effectively understand and align client problems and needs to execute with speed and provide effective solution.
Vishal Parker
Head - Digital Commerce
Vishal heads the E-commerce vertical at Amrut Software. He is responsible for business development, key client relationships, and various strategic initiatives.
With a Post Graduate degree in eCommerce operations, he holds over 16 years of experience in the space. He is responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative solutions, including software development in retail and e-commerce, process automation, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Jayashree Benjamin
Head - HR & Admin
Jayashri Benjamin is the HR of Amrut Software. A person who does not have “Impossible” in her dictionary. An experience in Admin, Sales, HR and other departments, she is one of the most dynamic personality of Amrut.
With more than 2 decades of experience in People Management and their Behaviours, Jayashri can get on board the best talents available. With her expertise we were able to develop Amrut on a very strong foundation of ethical, hardworking and people with amazing potential.

Jeetendra, also known as Jeetu, our resident Geek extraordinaire! With a two decade-long experience in the tech world. Jeetu has worked with numerous organizations, specializing in Digital Media Strategists and various Creatives, Designs, Multimedia, Visual Elements, UI & UX experts, and Web World. His knack for finding optimal solutions at minimal costs has propelled him to the forefront of the industry.

Aarti Wagle
Project Head - Digital Commerce
Aarti is an Amrut veteran and has grown through the ranks since joining us. She's an extremely capable project and people manager who oversees delivery of all teams and projects at our biggest and oldest BPO account. Her knowledge of our BPO business and of our customer's requirements is unrivaled. Aarti is known for her eye for operational detail and quality metrics, level-headed analysis of situations, ability to manage risks, finesse in managing her team of 100+ staff, and smart, data driven decision making
A Commerce graduate with additional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma from the Asian Institute of Quality Management, Aarti’s skills in management have gotten even better in recent years as she balances bringing up her chirpy four year old daughter with the challenge of deepening Amrut’s engagement with its premiere BPO customer.
