We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment,
employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and administrative tasks while learning HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employee onboarding and induction activities.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Update employee information in HRMS and databases.
  • Support attendance and leave management processes.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Support employee communication initiatives.
  • Collect feedback and help in conducting employee surveys.

 

Administration skills:

Objective: Provide effective support for office administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain office documentation.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Maintain records, reports, and trackers.
  • Support meeting scheduling and communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative activities.

Expected Outcome:

  • Office administration tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Documentation and records are maintained in an organized manner.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and other productivity-enhancing AI applications.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
