Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Jr. Sales Executive to support and expand business opportunities across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospects/Leads, driving revenue growth, generating quotations, assisting in co-ordination with clients and organization, organizing the demos, ensuring in deal closures, and nurturing strong client relationships. This role demands enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the EMEA region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools.

Required Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/software services or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
