Job Role: Junior Sales Executive – EMEA Region
Experience required: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant sales experience in SaaS-based solutions, preferably in Project Management tools.

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Jr. Sales Executive to support and expand business opportunities across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospects/Leads, driving revenue growth, generating quotations, assisting in co-ordination with clients and organization, organizing the demos, ensuring in deal closures, and nurturing strong client relationships. This role demands enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the EMEA region to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools.
Required Professional Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/software services or a related industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
