We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Listing Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the listings of our products on various online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and more. Your primary goal will be to enhance the visibility of our products through effective listing strategies and optimization techniques.

Desired Candidate

• Previous experience in marketplace listing management, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, including their listing requirements and optimization techniques.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write persuasive and engaging product content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and interpret performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing marketplace policies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using listing management software and platforms is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Listing Management: Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.
• Content Optimization: Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points that are optimized for search engine visibility and conversion rates.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords to incorporate into product listings, improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Image and Media Management: Coordinate the creation and selection of high-quality product images, videos, and other media assets to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of listings.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor listings, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews, and provide regular reports and analysis to the team.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to product listings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, guidelines, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and avoid penalties or account suspensions.

• Should have in-depth knowledge of Networking concepts and an understanding of its technical environment with upgraded skill sets.
• Exceptionally good in English, spoken and written same as in communication skills and email communications.
• Should be able to be crisp in coordinating with the clients and able to understand their requirements completely.
