- Basic understanding and practice in MS Excel required
- Attention to detail.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office; especially word and Excel.

Required Skills
- Prospect via call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and create a pipeline for Account Executives.
- Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers.
- Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
- Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
Technical Skills
- Saas experience is A MUST.
- Understanding of Helpdesk/CRM (Zendesk and Freshworks) is A MUST.
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
