Required Skills

  • Prospect via call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and create a pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers.
  • Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).

Technical Skills

  • Saas experience is A MUST.
  • Understanding of Helpdesk/CRM (Zendesk and Freshworks) is A MUST.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
