Job Overview:
We are seeking two DevOps / DevSecOps Engineers with 3–4 years of experience and strong AWS expertise, including AWS Control Tower and AWS Landing Zone, to support and operate a secure, compliant, multi-account cloud environment for a banking platform. The role combines DevOps automation, DevSecOps security integration, and AWS L2 cloud operations under defined procedures and governance.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of AWS Control Tower / Landing Zone or multi-account AWS environments
- Experience with EKS, Kubernetes, Docker at operational level
- SCM tools: GitLab
- CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/CD, GitLab, Jenkins
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation (execution/support level)
- DevSecOps tools exposure: SonarQube, Checkmarx, container image scanning
- AWS services: Lambda, CloudFront, ECR
- Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance fundamentals
AWS Cloud & Control Tower Operations (L2)
- Support day-to-day operations of AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, and multi-account environments (Dev, UAT, Prod, Shared Services, Network)
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of AWS resources in line with banking security and compliance standards.
- Support IAM operations including role-based access, permission boundaries, and cross-account access.
- Assist in implementing and managing AWS KMS encryption across accounts.
- Monitor security services such as AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config, GuardDuty, and Security Hub.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory activities by providing logs, evidence, and reports
DevOps & CI/CD
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab SCM, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins
- Assist in automating build, test, security scan, and deployment workflows
- Manage artifact repositories.
- Follow release and change management processes defined by the bank
Containers & Kubernetes
- Support Amazon EKS cluster operations including worker nodes, add-ons, and basic troubleshooting
- Manage container images using Amazon ECR
- Coordinate with application teams for container deployments
- Support container security and image scanning activities
Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Execute Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
- Assist in automated provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure
AWS Services & Serverless
- Support AWS core services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS
- Assist with AWS Lambda-based serverless workloads
- Support configuration and maintenance of Amazon CloudFront
- Assist with backup, DR, and patching activities
Monitoring, Networking & Operations
- Perform monitoring and alert response using Amazon CloudWatch
- Support VPC networking including subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, and controlled outbound access
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Coordinate with InfoSec, network, application teams, and vendors
Good to have
- Exposure to Azure and GCP
- Experience in banking or regulated environments
- Basic scripting using Python or Shell
- Understanding of cloud cost optimization and governance
